• Payments are due before work starts for one-time services and monthly in advance for retainerships.

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Minor adjustments are included within the agreed project scope. Major changes, additional requests, or work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately at our hourly rate.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• One-time services: You can cancel before work starts for a full refund. Once work begins, no refunds are provided.

• Retainerships: You may cancel with 30 days’ notice. Work already delivered will not be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or business outcomes. We are not liable for loss of income, profits, or opportunities arising from the use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

• You own all content, images, and materials you provide.

• Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the deliverables created for you, unless otherwise agreed.

• We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

10. Governing Law
